03/05/26 – You’ve Doing Better

Today morning, I got up at around 08.00 although I slept late as always. Today is a Sunday so as a usual Christian, I had to attend Holy Mass at 09.00. The timing is a bit different today since there is first holy communion function along with the Holy Mass, so the Holy Mass is conducted a bit late at around 09.30. I got up and was ready by 09.15 along with my mom. We went to the Church, and it felt a bit different.

I still remember, my first holy communion day. It was on May 6th and I felt very happy to be attending the holy mass today since it brought back memories. I feel, as a Christian, the best sacrament is the first holy communion since that is the first time, you get to be part of something great, a chance to experience the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. Brings me chills when I think of it! ♥️

After the holy communion mass, we had some snacks and returned back home at around 11.30. I spend some time scrolling through Instagram. Since I did not sleep much, I decided to sleep in the afternoon. I skipped my lunch today since my tummy was a bit full. I slept listening to song instrumental music. Little did I know that I slept for a long time from around 14.00 to 17.00, almost completed my seven hour daily sleep goal to today! 😉

I had some plans to go to St. George Church, Edappaly since it’s the feast of St. George, but my laziness was too high! My dad decided to go there and do some shopping from Lulu Hypermarket, I decided to go to my usual cafe spot, Pandhal Coffee and Brews, Kalamassery instead to jot down some thoughts and feelings. I am sitting it from there and writing this as you read! 😄 Before I was leaving to drop my dad, I listened to a song, that registered in my mind. Oh, the lyrics of this song is so lovely, it’s so healing! ❤️‍🩹
